  3. In your lab tray there are three minerals which you should learn toì
  4. identify because they are known to exist at the site we will visit nextì
  5. week.  Try to identify them.  
  6.  
  7. Use the program to create an inquiry and paste the list of resultingì
  8. matches into the notepad (Paste = F7 key from the match screen).
  9.  
  10. If don't feel comfortable yet using the inquiry mode of the software, justì
  11. type some of the physical characteristics and any comments about eachì
  12. mineral into the notepad.
  13.  
  14. In either case, make a printout of your work and hand it in by Friday.
